Why we started
Buying a home is the largest transaction most people will ever sign, and for the few weeks that matter most it goes quiet. Documents get emailed into a void. Questions wait for a callback. The closing statement arrives with numbers nobody explained.
None of that is anyone acting in bad faith. It is how the work has always been organised: the file lives in a law office, and everything the buyer knows about it has to be relayed by someone else.
So we built the firm around the file being visible. A licensed lawyer still does the legal work, with the same obligations they have always had. What changed is that you can see it happening, ask about it as it happens, and know the fee before you retain us.
