At Philer Inc., we value your privacy and are committed to safeguarding your personal information in accordance with this privacy policy (“Policy”). This Policy outlines the types of information we may collect from you or that you may provide (“Personal Information”) on the philer.ai website (“Website”), the “Philer” mobile application (“Mobile Application”), and any related products and services (collectively, “Services”). Please note that this Policy applies solely to Non-Legal Services provided by Philer Inc., and not to Legal Services provided by Aura LLP. Automatic Collection of Information

When you access the Website or use the Mobile Application, our servers automatically record information that your browser or device sends. This data may include details such as your device’s IP address, location, browser and device name and version, operating system type and version, language preferences, the webpage you visited before reaching our Website, the pages you view on the Website, the time spent on those pages, your search queries, access times and dates, and other statistics.

Automatically collected information is used to identify potential abuse, generate statistical data on Service usage and traffic, prevent unauthorized access, address software issues, and enhance the Philer product. This statistical information does not personally identify any specific User.

To access certain features of the Services, you may need to provide Personal Information. We will seek your explicit consent before collecting any sensitive or high-risk information. Where information is publicly available, consent may be implied.
