As an immigrant and first-time home buyer, my experience of buying Real Estate in Canada was full of friction. From sending personal information via unsecured emails to finding typos in legal documents and overpaying property taxes, the home closing process was a mess. Rather than experiencing the joy of homeownership, I found myself overworked and frustrated.

This frustration sparked the creation of Philer. We are building an ecosystem for first-time homebuyers, to have a seamless, stress-free home buying experience.
