• If you have multiple accounts with Philer, please follow these steps for each account you wish to close. This ensures we have the correct authorization to take action on each account.
• Once your account is closed, all services and products associated with that account will no longer be accessible. For instance, submitting a closure request here will deactivate your account across any linked services. A confirmation notification will be sent to the email address or via text message associated with your account. You’ll need to reply within 5 days to verify your request.
• Once your account is closed, it is no longer accessible to you and it cannot be restored. 
• If you decide later that you want to start using Philer again, or if you would like to use website features that require an account, you’ll need to create a new account.
• Please note that due to the nature of our work, while we will delete your account, we may retain your transaction-related information for legal and regulatory purposes.
